At PT Marel Sukses Pratama, our business ethos revolves around prioritizing environmental sustainability and responsibility. We are dedicated to meticulously managing all waste generated by our factory operations. For domestic wastewater, we have forged strong partnerships with local environmental services (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup) to transform waste into eco-friendly compost. Additionally, industrial solid waste such as cardboard and fabric scraps are lent to local companies for recycling into profitable goods like carpets and sound dampeners.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY
Ensuring the well-being of our employees is paramount at PT Marel Sukses Pratama. To this end, we provide various facilities aimed at enhancing their welfare, including a first aid room, lactation room, prayer room, whistle-blowing system, and assembly point.
We firmly believe in creating an inclusive workplace for all. Thus, we have implemented a program to support employees with disabilities, ensuring their safety and ability to thrive within our environment.
In our efforts to establish a safe and respectful workplace environment for all genders, PT Marel Sukses Pratama conducts regular “Respect Programs.” These sessions engage employees of different genders in learning about and addressing abuse and harassment in the workplace through role-playing exercises within small groups.
