- How can we send the designs for samples?
You could download free template on website on Free Download tab. Please send your templates with design and logo. Let us know details of measurement size, pattern or you may send your great original sample for quality of socks product requirement. - How much the price of samples?
It’s USD 10/pair, shipping cost will be charged on customer. We will provide 1st proto samples and free revised samples for once (exclude shipping cost). PPS/confirmation sample will be our reference to start the bulk production. - How much the price of socks?
Quotation prices calculation based on the material, design, weight of socks, complete packaging and test requirement information. Range of FOB price between around US$ 1 to US$ 3/pair. We only provide FOB price, shipping cost to destination will be charged on customer. - What’s expedition will be used?
Please provide your DHL/Fedex/UPS account number or you could use our alternate expedition by using EMS. - How do we transfer the payment?
Please use Paypal or transfer to our BCA account number. - What is the terms of payment?
Making a confirmation order after 50% of down payment received, balance payment will be paid before shipment. We will send the goods after payment received. - How long the leadtime?
75 days from the date of confirmation order (new order) and 60 days (repeat order). - How many pairs of the MOQ?
MOQ = 500 pairs/color/design/size using available color in our warehouse stock, which similar color with customer reference. MOQ = 1,000 pairs / color / size design for new yarns if we have to do match/labdip and use special colors according to customer requirement. - Where can I get the more information?
