Marel was originally a sock factory making socks for importers and big brands. In recent years there has also been a great demand for small custom socks. For this reason, we opened a production line for flexible socks in 2002. With more than 18 years of operation, We have MOQ 500 pairs, and it will be adjusted if order quantity below MOQ. Thanks to our procedural lean management throughout the custom sock workflow, many small businesses have been able to start with much less investment. Although the profit is small compared to our original sock OEM business, we pride ourselves on it.
Below is a brief introduction to our one-stop sock manufacturing service. In a word, we accept both large orders (for sock importers or distributors) and small orders (for small businesses / independent brands).

Just send us a graphic sock design and we will knit colorful yarns into real socks!

You can design your sock in any software and send us a high-resolution * .pdf file (our design template here).

• The socks are knitted from jacquard and consist of different thread colors, so your design should not contain any gradient effects.
• [suggested] Less than 6 colors in a single sock design;
• Leave enough space for each block of color for the knitting to look smooth.

Sock Material

• For small orders: cotton, nylon, spandex, Elastane are supported; Usually 80% cotton + 17% nylon + 3% elastane (selected composition according to our experience);
• For large orders (> 10,000 pairs): No restrictions;

Minimum Ordering Quantity

MOQ = 500 pairs/color/design/size using available color in our warehouse stock, which similar color with customer reference. MOQ = 1,000 pairs/color/size/design for new yarns if we have to do match/labdip and use special colors according to customer requirement.

• 132 N, 156 N, 160 N & 168 N

Custom Packaging

Tags or custom wrap tapes are both supported (related posthere);
Special barcodes can be installed depending on your requirements.

International Delivery

• We only provide FOB price, shipping cost will be charged on customer

• We can use DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS for delivery for small quantity. If quantity is large, we can provide the expedition by sea.

General Process

1. Order detail confirmation
   • Agreement on sock designs, size, packaging, delivery, etc .;
2. Sampling & Sample delivery & Sample approval/revisions
   • Sampling fee USD 10/pair, sample confirmation will be used for reference for mass production.
   • Leadtime for sample is 7 – 14 days.
   • International sampling delivery, 5 – 7 based on expedition. We accept if customer has DHL/UPS/FedEx account then we will use the expedition what customer choose. If not, we can choose via EMS for sample delivery.
   • You can approve the samples or ask us to make revisions, free revised sample only once.
3. Bulk Production
   • 50% upfront to start bulk production;
   • Production (socks + packaging) finished, 60-75 days for bulk production;
   • 50% paid balanced;
4. International delivery

• We only provide FOB price, shipping cost will be charged on customer

• We can use DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS for delivery for small quantity. If quantity is large, we can provide the expedition by sea.
